“After years of suffering from “Eriba Envy” when camping, yesterday we picked up our first caravan ever, a gorgeous Eriba Troll 540 from Automotive Leisure.
The advice and service provided by Hayden, who is utterly lovely and has been very responsive to our many questions, both on the phone and by email, has been outstanding.
From the point of our first email enquiry to date, he has always taken the time to listen to our requirements and his advice has then been tailored accordingly with absolutely no hint of the hard sell.
Yesterday, on the collection, he made us both a cup of tea, then set aside the entire morning to show us everything we needed to know about our new baby, a lot of which we recorded. I must say, he has the patience of a saint! The whole process has been a pleasure.
